Huangpu BYD food-grade forklift after-sales, sanitary cleaning and maintenance service description(figure1)

This service is designed for food processing, food storage, food distribution, and other related business entities in Huangpu area. It is specifically designed for food-grade electric forklifts that are put into use in the scene, and is suitable for the special hygiene control requirements of the food industry. It is different from the conventional after-sales maintenance process of ordinary industrial forklifts, and creates an exclusive service system that meets the food production safety standards throughout the process.

All after-sales personnel participating in this service will complete the relevant hygiene rules training for food factory access in advance. Before door-to-door service, they will confirm the hygiene access requirements of the operation area with the enterprise POC in advance. After completing the preparation work such as changing clothes, disinfection, and wearing dust-free work clothes according to the specifications, they will enter the production or storage area to carry out operations. The whole maintenance process will not use auxiliary consumables with irritating odors and easy to produce debris falling off. The cleaning agents used in all cleaning links meet the relevant specifications of food contact scenarios. For forklift forks, bearing countertops, operating handles, wheel crevices and other high-frequency contact areas that are prone to residual food raw materials or dust accumulation, deep wiping and disinfection and sterilization treatment will be completed one by one to completely remove the residual debris, and no dead ends of hygiene control will be left.

The service covers the routine working condition inspection of food-grade forklifts, compliance replacement of wearing parts, hygienic deep cleaning of the whole vehicle, operation parameter debugging and other after-sales needs of all categories. All packaging waste and replaced old accessories generated during maintenance operations will be collected and taken away from the factory for disposal, and no items that may cause health hazards will be left at the operation site. We will flexibly adjust the door-to-door service period according to the production schedule of the enterprise, avoid the peak of production operations as much as possible, and reduce the impact of maintenance services on the normal operation rhythm of the enterprise.

After each maintenance service is completed, the service personnel will synchronize the test results of this service and the current working condition of the forklift to the enterprise POC, and at the same time inform the simple hygiene maintenance skills in the subsequent daily use process to assist the user in establishing a daily maintenance ledger for the forklift that suits their own management requirements, ensuring that the food-grade forklift always maintains a stable working condition and meets the various requirements of the food production scene.
