Qingxi area of photovoltaic industry concentration is high, a large number of photovoltaic product production links must be completed in the dust-free workshop, ultra-clean production environment is the core basis to ensure the yield of photovoltaic products, conventional handling equipment is easy to bring dust in the process of operation, debris, damage the cleanliness level of the workshop, affecting the normal progress of the production process.

In response to the use requirements of such special scenarios, BYD Clean Forklift has launched an exclusive ultra-clean environment operation plan, which has been specially adapted from the hardware configuration, approach specifications, operation moving line design to the follow-up operation and maintenance, fully matching the actual use requirements of Qingxi Optoelectronics dust-free workshop. At the hardware level, the whole vehicle adopts special coating materials with low dust release, and all splicing gaps are sealed, so that no debris will fall off during operation. The power system adopts a brushless silent design, no excess carbonaceous particles escape, and the matching special wheel set will not crush residual impurities on the ground. During driving, it will not drive the airflow to raise surrounding dust, reducing the possibility of dust release from the root of the equipment.

In the equipment approach process, all clean forklifts that are ready to enter the dust-free workshop must complete the dust-free cleaning of the entire surface of the vehicle in the external pretreatment area in advance, use a special dust-free cloth with high-purity detergent to wipe the external pollutants attached to the body, and then complete the secondary comprehensive dust removal through the air shower channel. After the staff confirms that the amount of dust falling on the vehicle meets the cleanliness level requirements of the corresponding workshop, they are allowed to enter the operation area to avoid external pollutants from being brought into the ultra-clean space.

For the different production zones in the Qingxi photoelectric dust-free workshop, this set of operation plans has also been adjusted accordingly. For scenarios with different cleanliness requirements, such as wafer storage area, optical component assembly area, and finished product turnover area, an exclusive operation line has been set up. The speed of the forklift is also limited in adaptability to avoid airflow disturbances caused by rapid movement. At the same time, the vehicle is equipped with a portable dust-free cleaning kit, allowing the operator to clean a small amount of dust from the body at any time during the operation gap, and always maintain the cleanliness of the whole vehicle in line with operating standards.

The follow-up operation and maintenance link has also set up an exclusive dust-free guarantee mechanism. All daily maintenance and routine maintenance work are arranged in the exclusive maintenance area outside the clean workshop. All maintenance tools are fully dusted in advance to avoid contaminants during the maintenance process. The service team can also regularly come to the door to check the dust situation of the whole vehicle, and promptly investigate potential dust release hazards to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment. The whole package takes into account the handling efficiency and ultra-clean environmental protection requirements, which can provide reliable handling support for the dust-free production process of Qingxi Optoelectronics Enterprise.
