Fengxi ceramic forklift store, live demonstration of heavy-duty fragile goods handling solution

Recently, Guangdong Jianshu New Energy and Fengxi's local ceramic forklift truck store have launched an exclusive on-site demonstration activity for the handling of heavy-duty fragile goods for ceramic production and warehousing business entities in the region. Fengxi is a well-known ceramic industry agglomeration area in China. A large number of ceramic production, sales, and warehousing merchants have gathered upstream and downstream of the industry. Most of the goods in daily transshipment are heavy-duty and fragile categories such as heavy-duty whole porcelain utensils and fine art ceramics. Many merchants have long faced practical problems such as difficult control of collision losses during transshipment, low efficiency of heavy-weight goods shifting, and insufficient flexibility in narrow-channel warehousing operations.

This demonstration activity was carried out in the real-life simulation operation area built next to the store, highly restoring the daily short-distance transfer of large-scale porcelain utensils in the ceramic factory area, accurate displacement of small batches of fine porcelain, and smooth loading and unloading of warehouse shelves. The staff participating in the demonstration all have many years of experience in the ceramic industry forklift supporting services, and complete various operation demonstrations in accordance with daily operation standards. There are no special conditions for deliberate optimization to ensure that the demonstration effects seen by all the guests can directly match the actual operation needs of their own factory.

During the demonstration, the attendees could intuitively see the smooth operation of the suitable models during the whole process of starting, steering, lifting, and slow stopping. The relevant operating parameters adjusted for the handling needs of ceramic fragile goods could also be well adapted to the daily operation load of the local ceramic industry, further reducing the risk of unnecessary goods bumping.
