常平不少工业厂区、物流站点在业务淡季或者产能调整阶段,都会出现叉车长期闲置的情况,如果存放期间疏于规范维护,很容易出现动力电池亏电老化、液压部件锈蚀、轮胎形变、电路受潮氧化等各类隐性故障,等到后续重新启用时往往需要付出额外的维修成本,甚至直接缩短叉车整体使用寿命。

存放前要先完成全车身的预处理操作,将叉车外观附着的工业粉尘、物料残渣、油污水渍全部清理干净,重点清洁电池仓、电机散热缝隙、液压升降架接缝这些容易积存杂质的隐蔽区域,避免残留的腐蚀性杂质长期附着损伤部件表层。清洁完成后,要将叉车停放在通风干燥、避免阳光直射的平整硬化场地,不要直接停放在低洼易积水的区域,也不要靠近腐蚀性化学品存放区域,停放时要将货叉完全回落贴地,拉好手刹,将所有操作摇杆归到零位。

针对核心的动力电池部分,长期存放的电动叉车要先将电池电量补充到额定容量的60%到80%区间,后续每隔15天左右要定期检测电池电压状态,若电量低于安全阈值就要及时补充电,避免电池长期处于亏电状态出现不可逆的容量衰减。同时要将轮胎的胎压调整到标定的标准区间,不要在缺压状态下长期停放,有条件的话可以用垫块将车身稍微撑起,让轮胎脱离持续负重状态,避免长期单一受力出现平点形变。

闲置存放期间也要保持固定的定期巡检节奏,每隔半个月做一次常规状态排查,查看车身各金属裸露部件的防锈层是否有破损,外露的金属连杆、插销位置可以均匀涂抹一层薄层防锈油,避免受潮生锈卡滞。同时要检查电控箱、接插件的密封胶条是否完好,避免水汽渗入造成电路接触不良。
