流水线作业场景中的叉车,长期高频往复于各工位之间完成物料转运,精准控制系统的运行精度,直接关系到工位对位的准度,也能减少物料磕碰、工位剐蹭等隐患。做好日常校准工作,是保障流水线叉车稳定运行的核心环节。

开展校准作业前,首先要完成前置准备工作,将待校准的叉车停靠在平整无凸起杂物的指定校准区域,拉起驻车制动装置,将货叉平稳降至距离地面10厘米左右的安全高度,关闭叉车搭载的所有外接作业负载,静置3分钟左右让整车动力系统进入平稳状态,避免运行过程中的余振影响校准数据准确性。

完成准备工作后,先开展外围部件排查,检查精准控制系统对应的各类传感部件表面没有积灰、磕碰痕迹,各信号接线端口没有松动脱落情况,确认所有外围部件状态正常后,再给整车通电,在叉车操作面板上进入系统校准的专属权限入口,按照系统提示输入对应的操作验证信息,进入校准操作界面。

接下来开展基础对位校准,驾驶叉车以最低安全行驶速度,依次完成三次定点对位操作,三个定点分别对应流水线日常作业最常用的上料口、中转暂存区、卸料口三个点位,系统会自动采集三次对位产生的偏差数据,运维人员只需要按照页面弹出的提示逐步微调传感参数,将运行偏差值调整到行业常规的允许区间内即可。

之后开展带载适配校准,往货叉上加载流水线日常转运常用的、处于额定载荷区间内的常规物料,重复两次完整的定点对位走行流程,确认带载状态下系统的定位反馈没有明显延迟,对应调整系统的响应阈值,保障叉车满载作业状态下的控制精度同样符合流水线作业要求。
