Overview of product foundation

The AF25L latent jacking AGV is produced and manufactured by BYD. It is a fully automatic latent handling robot with a rated load of 2.5 tons on an extended countertop. It adopts a pure electric drive and a double rudder wheel walking structure. The steering mode is rich and flexible, and it is suitable for complex factory conditions with many curves and obstacles. The extended bearing countertop can be adapted to long tooling and long material box cargo. With a large-capacity lithium iron phosphate battery, it has the characteristics of stable heavy load and long-term battery life. Relying on the automatic guidance system to independently complete the lifting and transfer of heavy and long materials, optimize the heavy-load logistics process of heavy industry workshops and large warehouses, and reduce the investment in manual heavy-load handling jobs.

III. Standard matching configuration

Power battery: 24 V/210 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery

BYD large-capacity lithium iron phosphate power battery, stable and long-lasting power output, suitable for long-term multi-shift long-load material transfer; lithium battery has good safety and stability, and can be adapted to heavy industry, auto parts, large warehousing and other dusty and multi-equipment complex indoor working conditions.

Charging package: 24 V/200 A charging cabinet

High-power special charging cabinet, matching heavy-duty AGV battery replenishment specifications, shortening downtime and charging time, and contributing to the continuous automated circulation of long and heavy materials in the factory.

360 multiple safety protection: contact + non-contact dual collision avoidance device

The equipment has a wraparound safety induction mechanism, long-distance infrared warning, and a physical buffer anti-collision structure. When the fuselage is extended, it can identify personnel, long tooling, and shelf obstacles from multiple angles, reducing the collision and scratch loss of heavy-duty long goods.

Sound and light prompt components: warning light, voice announcer

Equipment jacking, steering, driving, failure, charging status synchronous lighting and voice dual reminders, large-scale workshop staff with complex working conditions can quickly identify the running dynamics of extended equipment and reduce human-machine interaction safety hazards.

IV. Product application advantages

Extended bearing countertop, suitable for long tooling materials

The widened and lengthened jacking platform can carry long material racks, long metal workpieces, and long pallets, improving the pain points of ordinary latent AGVs that are difficult to transport ultra-long materials, and broadening the scope of application for heavy-duty transshipment.

Double steering wheel multi-mode steering, flexible through complex sites

The double steering wheel walking design supports a variety of steering methods, with a 1051mm turning radius, allowing flexible U-turns and shuttles in the old heavy industry plant with multiple curves and dense equipment, suitable for logistics projects in the transformation plant area.

2.5 tons of stable heavy load to meet the transportation needs of large cargo

Rated capacity of 2.5 tons, can smoothly lift heavy-duty long material boxes, metal tooling, large-scale work in progress, suitable for large-scale long material recycling in the manufacturing industry.

Long-term battery life of large-capacity lithium batteries, reducing frequent downtime to replenish power

The 24 V/210 Ah large-capacity battery has stable battery life, and there is no need to interrupt production charging multiple times under long-term multi-shift heavy-duty operations, maintaining the continuity of workshop logistics.

Latent jacking integrated structure simplifies heavy loading and unloading

It can dive into the bottom of heavy and long tooling to automatically lift and lift goods, eliminating the need for manual lifting and manual docking, and simplifying the operation steps of loading and unloading large materials.

Fully automated guided operations optimize labor costs for heavy-duty handling

Equipped with a mature automatic guidance control system, it can independently complete multi-station, long-distance and long-load material transfer, replacing manual forklifts and manual heavy-load carts, and reducing the cost of Talent Acquisition Operations in the factory.

Multiple safety protections to reduce the risk of overloading the fuselage

360 dual anti-collision with sound and light warning, take the initiative to avoid risks during heavy-duty driving of the lengthened fuselage, reduce the collision damage of long goods and tooling, and help the stable and orderly operation of complex production lines.

Applicable scenarios

It is suitable for heavy-duty auto parts processing plants, large-scale machinery parts workshops, profile processing plants, large-scale finished product warehousing, heavy industry assembly lines, pipe material warehouses, and other indoor logistics scenarios with complex working conditions and the need to transfer long heavy tooling materials.
