Product details

BYD EL-Pro50MAX is a 5-ton heavy-duty electric balance forklift that integrates BYD's self-developed three-electric technology, taking into account high-efficiency heavy-duty, green energy saving, safety and comfort. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor heavy-duty operation scenarios such as warehousing, manufacturing, and ports.

First, the core performance: heavy-duty high efficiency, power stability

  • Rated load: 5000 kg (load center distance 600 mm), meeting the needs of 5-ton cargo handling and stacking.

  • Power configuration: equipped with 80 V/420 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery, long battery life, suitable for high-intensity continuous operation; 26 kW drive motor + 36 kW lift motor, strong and stable power output.

  • Operating efficiency: travel speed 18 km/h (full load/no load); lifting speed 380 mm/s (full load)/420 mm/s (no load), efficient completion of loading and unloading stacking.

  • Climbing ability: 15% full load, 20% empty load, capable of handling ramps and complex pavements.

Second, the body design: stable and flexible, excellent passing

  • Compact and flexible: with a wheelbase of 2120 mm, a turning radius of 2755 mm, and a channel width of only 4520 mm (1000 1200 pallets), it is easy to work in tight spaces.

  • Stable and reliable: the whole vehicle weighs 7260 kg (including battery), and the heavy-duty driving is smooth; the solid tire design is wear-resistant and durable, and it is suitable for multi-working road conditions.

  • Door frame configuration: standard lifting height of 3000 mm, lifting height up to 4260 mm, to meet the needs of conventional stacking; forward tilt 5/backward tilt 8, safe and convenient for cargo pick and place.

  • Ground clearance: 155mm at the door frame and 170mm at the frame, with good passability and reduced risk of road scratches.

III. Safety and comfort: detail optimization, worry-free operation

  • Reliable braking: driving hydraulic braking + parking mechanical braking, sensitive braking, helps to improve job safety.

  • Low noise and environmental protection: the driver's noise ≤ 80 dB (A), no exhaust gas is generated during the operation, and it is suitable for clean scenes such as food and medicine.

  • Comfortable operation: ride-on operation, seat height 1330mm, wide control field of vision; body layout is reasonable, long-term operation is not easy to fatigue.

  • Reliable quality: Relying on the BYD manufacturing system, the core components have been strictly tested and are suitable for a wide temperature range of -40 ° C to 60 ° C, with strong durability.

IV. Green energy saving: reducing costs and increasing efficiency

Pure electric drive, no exhaust gas is generated during operation, in line with the concept of green logistics development; compared with internal combustion forklifts, the energy consumption cost is lower, and the operation and maintenance are simple.

Applicable scenarios

It is suitable for warehouses, factory workshops, port terminals, cold chain logistics, and other scenarios, especially for short-distance handling, stacking, and loading and unloading of 5-ton goods. It is a practical alternative to internal combustion forklifts.
