Product details

The BYD EL-Pro35MAX is a 3.5-ton ride-on lithium-ion balance forklift, equipped with a mature lithium-ion battery system and AC electronic control configuration. The vehicle structure has been strengthened and designed to operate stably. It is suitable for warehousing and logistics, heavy manufacturing, building materials transshipment, and factory cargo turnover. It can complete the handling, stacking, and loading and unloading of heavy-duty goods.

Core specifications

The rated lifting weight is 3500 kg, the load center distance is 500 mm, and the electric ride-on structure is adopted. The vehicle contains a total battery weight of 4880 kg, a wheelbase of 1770 mm, and a front suspension distance of 485 mm; the total length of the vehicle is 3870 mm, excluding the fork length of 2800 mm, and the total width is 1270 mm.

The closed height of the gantry is 2125 mm, the standard lifting height is 3000 mm, the lifting height of the gantry can reach 4120 mm, and the free lifting height is 130 mm. The clearance from the ground at the gantry is 120 mm, and the clearance from the ground at the frame is 140 mm, allowing smooth passage of conventional roads and ramps.

The turning radius of the equipment is 2480mm, and the turning radius inward is 645mm; it is suitable for the width of the 1000-1200 mm horizontal pallet working channel 4165mm, and the width of the 800-1200 mm vertical pallet working channel 4365mm. The gantry supports forward tilt 5 and backward tilt 8, which is convenient for cargo pickup and alignment.

Fork size 50/122/1070 mm, fork rack width 1100 mm, in accordance with ISO2328 3A standard. Full load axle load 7210 kg/1170 kg, no load axle load 1870 kg/3010 kg, axle load distribution is reasonable. The vehicle is equipped with solid tires, front wheel size 28 9-15, rear wheel size 6.5-10, the number of front and rear wheels is 2 drive wheels + 2 driven wheels.

Power and operating performance

The car is equipped with an 80 V/270 Ah lithium battery, the battery weight is 210 kg, the external size is 930 mm 500 mm 537 mm, and it is equipped with an AC electronic control system, which can meet the needs of continuous operation in multiple shifts. Equipped with a 20.5 kW drive motor and a 26 kW lift motor, the power output is stable.

The vehicle's full-load and no-load travel speed is 18 km/h; the full-load lifting speed is 420 mm/s, and the no-load lifting speed is 450 mm/s; the full-load falling speed is 550 mm/s, and the no-load falling speed is 450 mm/s. The lifting and lowering of goods is smooth.

Full load rated traction 19000 N, no load rated traction 10500 N; full load climbing capacity of 18%, no load climbing capacity of 20%, can adapt to factory ramps, loading and unloading platforms and other road conditions. The hydraulic system working pressure range is 155-170 bar, the system operates stably.

III. Safety and structural configuration

The whole vehicle adopts the form of hydraulic braking, the braking effect is stable, and it can be adapted to the working conditions of high-frequency start and stop. Solid tires have good wear resistance and are suitable for driving on various conventional roads in the factory area.

The vehicle is equipped with a compliance roof guard with a height of 2240 mm. With the design of the gantry structure, the working field is wide. The driver's position noise ≤ 75 dB (A), which can create a comfortable working environment. The overall frame structure is stable, combined with a reasonable wheelbase layout, and the overall stability is good during heavy-duty operation.

IV. Operation experience and application scenarios

The height of the seat is 1260mm from the ground, and the vehicle control layout is regular. The operation feels light and easy to use, which can reduce the fatigue caused by long-term operation.

This forklift can be used in large storage centers, industrial manufacturing workshops, building materials markets, logistics transfer bases, and other places. It can operate stably at room temperature and in conventional outdoor environments, meeting the transshipment, stacking, loading and unloading requirements of 3.5-ton cargo.
