The Q50TPS electric tractor is a medium and large tonnage traction equipment, equipped with a standing operation platform, with a rated traction load of 5 tons, suitable for large-scale material transfer in the factory area, large-scale assembly line hauling, and storage of multiple cage cars. The operator stands and follows the equipment throughout the process, reducing round-trip walking fatigue during long-distance and high-frequency hauling; the height of the control handrail is adapted to the human operating posture, and the traveling, steering, and traction braking can be completed with one hand, reducing the labor intensity of long-term operations. The top of the equipment is equipped with sound and light warning lights, which can improve the visibility of traffic in the mixed environment of people and vehicles in the workshop.
2.5 tons of heavy-duty traction, suitable for batch transfer conditions
Stabilize the counterweight structure of the chassis, stably drag multiple groups of heavy-duty material trucks and tooling trailers, adapt to the distribution of whole batches of materials in the factory production line, and the centralized transfer of whole pallet goods in the warehouse. The single-pull cargo volume is larger, reducing the frequency of round-trip transshipment and improving the efficiency of logistics flow in the factory area. 3. Dual-specification lithium battery optional, suitable for different work shifts
24 V low-voltage lithium battery power, low operating noise, no exhaust gas generation during operation, can be used in food, precision parts, warehouse indoor clean scenes. Flexible choice of two battery capacities, 180 Ah battery can be selected for single shift operation to control procurement costs; 270 Ah large-capacity battery can be selected for two shifts of continuous operation and long-distance factory transfer to reduce the frequency of power replenishment in the middle. The battery disassembly and charging process is simple, and daily maintenance is convenient.
4. Stable fuselage structure, suitable for high-intensity workshop use
The metal frame of the whole machine is thickened, the chassis is wear-resistant and impact-resistant, and it can cope with long-term frequent start and stop operations on conventional surfaces such as cement and epoxy floors in the factory area; the standardized design of core transmission and braking components, the versatility of vulnerable accessories is high, the time for fault maintenance is short, and the waiting time for production line logistics shutdown is reduced.
