Recently, according to the actual operation needs of its own production capacity upgrade stage, the Republic Equipment Factory has officially introduced a new supporting logistics service project, and the BYD forklift transitional leasing service has been officially launched and operated within the factory area. As an equipment manufacturing plant, in the special stage of new production line commissioning, phased order increment, and old operation area upgrading, it often encounters the problem of insufficient capacity of its own fixed forklifts. If you choose to temporarily purchase new vehicles in bulk, it will not only occupy a large amount of working capital, but also may cause excess capacity and idle vehicles after the follow-up production capacity is stable. Traditional short-term outbound vehicles are generally in uneven condition and inadequate supporting guarantees. The transitional leasing service launched this time is precisely the adaptability service plan created for this type of subdivided operation scenario. The leasing party can flexibly choose the corresponding leasing time according to its actual capacity gap cycle, covering different usage needs from weeks to months. It is not necessary to advance large purchase funds in advance to match the compliance electric forklifts adapted to different operation scenarios in the factory. In order to ensure the use experience after the service is launched, the supporting service system will also arrange exclusive operation and maintenance personnel to regularly visit the forklifts in use for vehicle condition inspection, routine maintenance, and timely investigation of potential minor faults to avoid affecting the normal material transfer, finished product outbound, workshop parts scheduling and other operation processes in the factory due to vehicle problems. At present, the project has effectively filled the temporary capacity gap in the construction stage of the new production capacity line during the trial operation of the Republic Equipment Plant. The response efficiency of the logistics handling link has been steadily improved, and the phased operation investment has been reasonably controlled to avoid unnecessary fixed asset expenses. In the future, the Republic Equipment Plant will continue to optimize the details of relevant services according to the actual use feedback, provide more convenient handling support for the front-line operators in the factory area, and also provide reference practical ideas for the same type of manufacturing enterprises to optimize the transportation capacity configuration during the transition period. All vehicles put into operation meet the industry safety standards. Before the service is launched, the relevant operators will also complete the corresponding safety operation guidance to ensure the smooth and orderly operation process of the factory in an all-round way.
