Avoid operations that are prone to friction and static electricity such as sudden braking and sharp steering. When loading and unloading goods, ensure that the fork lifts and falls back smoothly, and does not collide with the surrounding pipelines, tanks and other production facilities. The whole operation should pay attention to the feedback information from the environmental monitoring device attached to the vehicle. Once the flammable medium concentration exceeds the limit warning is triggered, the first time you leave the dangerous area according to the preset safety route, stop at the designated safety point and report to the factory management department for disposal.

After all the operations in the single dangerous area are completed, follow-up finishing and operation and maintenance work should be done well. Park the vehicle to the non-dangerous exclusive parking area designated by the factory area, fully clean the petrochemical material residues adhered to the outer surface of the vehicle body, and record the driving time, coverage area, and equipment operating status synchronously and truthfully. If any abnormal parts are found, report to the Facility Management department as soon as possible. Daily operation and maintenance personnel should cooperate with the operation and maintenance personnel to regularly conduct comprehensive inspections of various explosion-proof modules of the forklift, and deal with normal wear and tear parts in a timely manner to avoid potential safety hazards caused by equipment performance degradation.
