The coverage of this service includes all enterprise customers who use BYD electric forklifts in Tangxia Town. The core content of the inspection service is divided into a number of standardized modules. The first is the investigation of the basic structure components. Finally, the auxiliary safety components are checked to confirm the normal function of the warning lights, reversing prompts, driver seat belts and other components one by one, and make up for the safety shortcomings at various details.
The entire inspection service process takes into account the normal production rhythm of the customer. The service specialist will connect with the customer 3 working days before the agreed inspection day to confirm the number of forklifts that need to be tested, the daily parking area of the vehicle, and the customer's free time period. Try to avoid the peak cargo transshipment of the enterprise, and minimize the interference of the inspection service on the daily operation. The staff of the door-to-door service hold regular work documents. After entering the venue, they will carry out inspections one by one in strict accordance with the standardized operation process. The testing time of a single vehicle will be reasonably controlled according to the actual vehicle condition, and will not occupy too many site resources. After all inspections are completed, the staff will synchronize the actual condition of each forklift with the customer's POC on the spot, issue a clear inspection record document, and clearly mark the minor problems that can be adjusted immediately for free, and the list of parts that need to be paid attention to in the subsequent use cycle. There is no mandatory consumption link. If there is a component loss that needs to be replaced and repaired during the inspection process, the corresponding service details and charging standards will be notified in advance, and the follow-up operation will be carried out after obtaining the customer's consent.
