Houjie BYD furniture forklift store, live demonstration of large-scale handling models

Recently, the BYD furniture forklift store located in Houjie, Dongguan, successfully held a large-scale handling model on-site demonstration event. The event was coordinated and executed by Guangdong Jianshu New Energy throughout the process. It was open to the operation managers of the surrounding furniture production plants, home distribution stores, and freight stations for free. The scene focused on the handling of large-scale panels, finished furniture, and customized packaging of large-scale goods in the furniture industry.

Houjie, as one of the core areas of the domestic furniture industry, has a very prominent demand for handling tons of solid wood panels, entire sets of finished furniture, and special-shaped large-scale packaging shipments in daily production. Many practitioners have reported that traditional handling equipment is often difficult to match the complex moving line requirements of furniture factories in terms of narrow channel adaptation, battery life performance, and operation convenience. This demonstration activity specifically selected a variety of electric forklift models that are suitable for large-scale handling needs, and set up almost the same operation scene as the furniture factory area in the simulated operation area outside the store. Multiple test links such as narrow-channel turning, high-lift palletizing, and heavy-duty long-distance transfer were set up. All demonstration links fully reproduced various conditions that may be encountered in real operations, and no special optimization conditions were set. The demonstration effect seen by customers was consistent with the performance of actual factory operations.

In the on-site practical operation demonstration session, the staff first introduced the body parameters, operation logic, and daily maintenance precautions of the suitable models one by one for the needs of large-scale handling of different tonnages, and then invited the intended customers to the scene to test drive the operation by hand to experience the steering smoothness and control response speed of the electric forklift. Many furniture factory operation and maintenance leaders compared the pain points of their own handling equipment on the spot, and communicated with the on-site technical service personnel one by one about the corresponding adaptation solutions.
