Overview of product foundation
The AQ10DB latent traction AGV is produced by BYD and is a fully automatic latent hauling material handling equipment with a rated traction of 1 ton. The whole machine adopts a low body structure, which can dive into the bottom of the tooling truck to complete the traction operation. It is equipped with automatic lifting and pulling pins, supports two-way driving mode, and is equipped with an automatic guidance system to independently complete multi-route material circulation transportation in the factory area. It is suitable for assembly line workshops with limited channel width, simplifies the process of manual hauling and hauling of material trucks, and optimizes the logistics manpower input in the factory.

BYD is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate power battery, which has a stable power supply output and is suitable for long-term multi-frequency feeding truck traction and transportation in the workshop. Lithium batteries are safe and stable, and are suitable for various indoor production and storage conditions such as electronics, auto parts, and light industry.
Charging package: 48 V/50 A charging cabinet
Special matching specification charging equipment, adapt to the battery replenishment requirements of the whole machine, shorten the downtime and charging time, and help the continuous material transportation of the assembly line.
360 multiple safety protection: contact + non-contact dual collision avoidance device
The equipment is equipped with a wraparound safety sensing mechanism, long-distance infrared warning, and a physical buffer anti-collision structure. When driving in both directions, it can identify personnel, material trucks, and shelf obstacles from multiple angles, reducing collision and material collision losses.
Sound and light prompt components: warning light, voice announcer
