Product details

BYD EA38 electric counterbalanced forklift provides stable and low-energy operation support for warehousing, manufacturing, logistics parks and other medium and heavy-duty material handling scenarios with stable and reliable heavy-duty performance, safe lithium battery configuration and convenient use experience.

First, power and energy performance

Blade battery power system
Equipped with BYD blade battery, it has good energy density performance, high safety properties, and long cycle life, which can provide continuous and stable power output for forklifts. The battery comes standard with a PTC heating system, which can adapt to the needs of low-temperature environment operations; the protection level can reach IP65, which can adapt to complex working conditions such as dust and splashing water.

Energy saving drive configuration
Application of permanent magnet synchronous electric control system, stable operation efficiency, effective control of energy consumption level. Drive motor power 17 kW, lifting motor power 23 kW, with 76.8 V/270 Ah battery pack (battery weight 210 kg, size 930 500 537 mm), can support long-term continuous operation, to meet the needs of high-frequency heavy-duty handling. Hydraulic system working pressure 180 bar, power output is stable and abundant.

II. Safety and operational stability

Stable performance of heavy duty operation
: Rated lifting weight 3800 kg, load center distance 500 mm, standard gantry lifting height 3000 mm, gantry lifting height up to 4150 mm, high-level operation is smooth. The whole vehicle adopts reinforced frame structure, the key parts are thickened and reinforced, with special pneumatic tires (front wheel specification 250-15-16 PR, rear wheel specification 6.50-10 -10PR), good impact resistance and wear resistance, and the overall structure is durable and reliable.

Reliable braking and environmental adaptation
: The dual braking form combining mechanical and electric is adopted, and the braking response is sensitive, which helps to improve the safety of the operation. The climbing capacity of the equipment can reach 18% in the no-load state and 16% in the load state, which can adapt to the requirements of the conventional ramp traffic in the factory area. The noise at the driver ≤ 75 dB (A), creating a comfortable working environment. The vehicle is fully loaded and the no-load axle load is reasonably distributed, and the driving process is smooth.

III. Dimensions and operational flexibility

The wheelbase of the whole vehicle is 1770 mm, the total length is 3865 mm, the length of the forks is 2795 mm, and the total width is 1230 mm. The turning radius is 2515 mm, and the site passing ability is good. It is suitable for the width of the horizontal pallet working channel of 1000-1200 mm and the width of the vertical pallet working channel of 800-1200 mm is 4430 mm. It can be flexibly turned and shuttled in the standard storage channel.

The size of the fork is 50/122/1070mm, which conforms to the ISO2328 industry standard. The width of the fork rack is 1100mm, which is highly versatile and can be used with a variety of conventional pallets. The height from the ground at the door frame is 135mm, and the height from the ground at the frame is 155mm, which can smoothly pass through the slightly raised road surface in the venue. The forward tilt angle of the vehicle is 6, and the backward tilt angle is 12, which is convenient for cargo pick and place and attitude adjustment.

IV. Operation and daily maintenance

The vehicle is equipped with a visual instrument device, and the operation data is clearly displayed, which is convenient for the operator to view the equipment status in real time. The driving area has been user-friendly design, which can relieve the fatigue caused by long-term operation. The equipment adopts an open instrument table and a quickly removable hydraulic fuel tank cover structure, which simplifies the daily maintenance and maintenance process, reduces the downtime of the equipment, and improves the overall operation efficiency.

Driving speed load/no-load is 16 km/h, 17 km/h, lifting speed load 350 mm/s, no-load 420 mm/s, descending speed load 400 mm/s, no-load 450 mm/s, and the working rhythm is balanced.

BYD EA38 electric counterbalanced forklift truck, relying on solid hardware configuration, stable operation performance and convenient use experience, is a practical choice of operating equipment in 3.8-ton heavy-duty material handling scenarios.
