As the core handling equipment for high-frequency operations in the factory, daily standard maintenance is the key to ensuring the stability of operation and prolonging the service life of the whole machine. Many local lithium forklift users in Beijiao often have doubts about the specific maintenance items and the corresponding adaptation cycle. Combined with the needs of conventional industrial scenarios, you can refer to the following content to arrange daily maintenance work.
The daily routine maintenance belongs to the basic inspection that must be completed before and after each operation. It only takes three to five minutes. First, check whether the exterior structural parts of the body are obviously bumped and deformed, whether the exposed fastening screws are loose, whether the tire wear is within the safe range, test whether the sensitivity of the brake and braking meets the requirements, and focus on checking whether the power battery shell is damaged and bulged, whether the charging interface has oxidized and accumulated ash, and whether the heat dissipation channel of the fuselage is blocked by debris. At the same time, confirm that the feedback status of the operating rod, steering wheel, and instrument panel is normal, and there are no abnormal alarm prompts.
Weekly maintenance is recommended to be carried out uniformly after the end of each week. On the basis of completing all daily inspection items, additional sampling of the single voltage operation data of the power battery, comprehensive cleaning of dust and debris accumulated in the body gap and chassis position, checking the hydraulic system. Whether there are any traces of oil leakage in the cylinder and pipeline positions, fine-tuning the brake clearance to a reasonable range of suitable working conditions, and testing whether the body lighting, warning beep device, reversing prompt tone and other supporting functions are operating normally.
Monthly maintenance is recommended to be carried out every 30 days or so, which is a medium-depth maintenance operation. It is necessary to add special grease suitable for working conditions to all movable hinge points of the vehicle to reduce component wear and tear consumption. Simultaneously check the operation data of the whole process of battery charging and discharging for abnormal fluctuations. Check whether the various line interfaces of the electronic control system are aging and loose. Clean up the dust accumulated on the surface of the cooling fan. Test the power output stability under the rated load state. Check the integrity of all safety signs on the body. If there is a lack of wear, it should be completed in time.
Quarterly maintenance is carried out every three months, involving in-depth inspections of some core components. Staff need to conduct in-depth inspections of the operation balance of lithium batteries, calibrate the operating parameters of the electronic control system, and comprehensively check the wear and tear of the outer wall of the hydraulic pipeline. Timely replacement of vulnerable parts that have reached the end of their service life, such as excessive wear and tear seals and aging transmission pipelines, and full load testing of the braking performance of the entire vehicle to detect hidden safety hazards in a timely manner.
The operating intensity and ambient dust humidity in different factory areas vary. Users can adjust the maintenance cycle appropriately according to the actual usage frequency of the equipment. Do not disassemble the power battery assembly at will on a daily basis. Non-professionals should not change the original parameters of the electronic control system. If the equipment has an abnormal alarm, they should shut down immediately and contact professional maintenance personnel to deal with it to avoid minor faults escalating into major problems that affect normal operation.
