金利五金汽配车间日常生产过程中,各类五金零配件、汽配半成品、配套包装物料的跨工位流转需求较高,过往零散的人工转运方式往往存在动线混乱、物料磕碰损耗率偏高的问题,引入比亚迪经济款电动叉车开展标准化工序转运作业,可更好适配车间现有布局与常规生产节奏,逐步理顺全车间的物料流转秩序。

进入作业执行环节后,车辆接近待转运物料堆放区时需切换低速行驶模式,将货叉调整至和托盘预留插孔匹配的高度,平稳插入托盘底部,确认托盘重心完全落在货叉支撑范围内,不存在倾斜滑落风险后,再平缓抬升货叉至合适的通行高度。行驶过程中保持稳定车速,途经转弯、车间出入口位置提前鸣笛示意,全程避免急刹、急转向等易导致物料滑落的操作。将物料转运到对应工序工位后,要把车辆停靠在指定卸货区域,平稳放下货叉至地面支撑位置,确认物料摆放到位、工位班组人员完成交接后,再缓慢抽出货叉,完成单次转运流程后要在转运登记台账上做好对应记录,同步反馈物料交接的实际情况。
