The equipment is equipped with BYD lithium battery system, equipped with 80 V/270 Ah large-capacity battery, the battery weight is 210 kg, and the battery life can meet the multi-shift continuous operation of the enterprise. The battery is designed with a low-maintenance structure, which does not require frequent water replenishment and maintenance, effectively reducing the daily operation and maintenance costs of the equipment.
The vehicle is equipped with an AC electronic control system, matching a 9.5 kW drive motor and a 16 kW lift motor, resulting in a smooth and linear power output. No-load and full-load travel speeds can reach 16 km/h; full-load lifting speed 420 mm/s, no-load 450 mm/s, full-load descending speed 520 mm/s, no-load 480 mm/s, smooth cargo lifting and stable operation circulation efficiency.
The vehicle has good climbing performance, with 16% full-load climbing capacity and 20% no-load climbing capacity. It can be adapted to factory ramps, loading and unloading platforms and other sloping roads to meet the needs of indoor and outdoor composite working conditions. Full-load acceleration time 6.0 s, no-load acceleration time 5.0 s, stable start and stop, suitable for high-frequency reciprocating handling operations.
III. Body structure and passing performance, strong adaptability to working conditions
The car adopts a high-strength frame structure with a scientific axle load ratio. The full-load front axle load is 4110 kg, the rear axle load is 850 kg, the no-load front axle load is 1312 kg, and the rear axle load is 1848 kg. The operation stability is good. The door frame supports forward tilt 5 and backward tilt 8, which is convenient for cargo alignment and reduction of the risk of cargo slipping.
The equipment is equipped with SE industrial wear-resistant tires, with front wheel specifications of 6.00-9 and rear wheel specifications of 16-6-8, suitable for conventional pavements such as cement and asphalt in the factory area. The wheelbase of the whole vehicle is 1450 mm, the front and rear wheelbases are 970 mm and 850 mm respectively. The chassis has a reasonable layout and flexible steering, which can adapt to narrow passages and dense shelf storage operation scenarios.

The whole vehicle adopts hydraulic braking system, which is sensitive and stable, and is suitable for high-frequency start-stop operation conditions. The working pressure of the hydraulic system ≤ 160 MPa, and the operation is stable, which can effectively reduce the probability of failure and prolong the service life of hydraulic components.
The noise reduction performance of the whole vehicle is good, and the noise at the driver ≤ 75 dB (A), which effectively optimizes the working environment. The equipment is equipped with a compliance top frame and a transparent door frame, which has a wide working field of vision, reduces visual blind spots, and reduces the probability of operation errors.
