BYD EL16DT-PRO is a 1.6-ton counterbalanced electric forklift built by BYD for on-site material handling and stacking scenarios. The vehicle is equipped with an alternating current (AC) electronic control system, matching double 5kW drive motors and 16kW lifting motors, with smooth and linear power output and fast response. The full-load driving speed can reach 16km/h, and the full-load lifting speed can reach 500mm/s, which can meet the operation rhythm of conventional transshipment and stacking; equipped with 80V/270Ah large-capacity power battery, the battery life is stable, and can support single-shift and above continuous operation; pure electric drive, no exhaust gas generation during operation, no oil fume pollution, suitable for food and medicine, electronic workshops and other scenes that require environmental cleanliness.
Compact body design, flexible passage in narrow spaces
Optimize the body layout for dense storage scenarios to achieve flexible passage while ensuring load-bearing capacity. Rated lifting weight of 1.6 tons, suitable for standard 500mm load center working conditions, standard 3-meter lifting height, covering mainstream shelf access requirements; turning radius is only 1615mm, 10001200mm standard tray horizontal working channel width is only 3311mm; flexible through narrow alleys and dense shelf areas, effectively improving storage space utilization.
Ergonomic design to reduce work fatigue
Optimize the driving and riding layout from the operation experience, and adapt to long-term continuous operation scenarios. The ride-on operation layout, the seats, control pedals and handles are arranged ergonomically, and it is not easy to fatigue after long-term operation; the standard roof guard structure provides operation safety protection for operators; the vehicle running noise is ≤75dB (A), and the working environment is quiet and low disturbance; the hydraulic braking system is responsive and has a low threshold for getting started.
Operation and maintenance costs are controllable, and long-term use is more economical
Simplify the maintenance structure and reduce the cost of use throughout the life cycle.
