Guzhen lighting assembly workshop, BYD stable forklift fragile goods transfer operation instructions(figure1)

As a well-known lighting industry concentration area in China, a large number of lighting assembly workshops in Guzhen are filled with glass lampshades, crystal ornaments, unpackaged finished lighting, and many other fragile materials. Such materials have weak impact resistance. Once the transfer process is bumpy, sudden braking, roll, etc., it is easy to cause appearance scratches and structural fragmentation, which brings unnecessary losses to the production process. For such scenarios, the standardized transfer operation process of BYD's smooth forklift can better adapt to the actual production needs of the lighting assembly workshop.

Before the operation is carried out, the operator needs to do a good job of pre-inspection in all aspects. First of all, check the smooth running state of the forklift, confirm that there is no abrupt speed increase in the power output, the action of the fork lifting mechanism is smooth and there is no card, the braking system responds evenly and normally, and there is no problem of sudden brake lock. After that, it is necessary to comb the basic information of the fragile goods to be transferred in advance, confirm that the buffer protection packaging of the outer layer of the goods is complete, and the overall weight is within the rated load range of the forklift to prevent overloading operations. At the same time, it is necessary to plan the transfer path in the workshop in advance, clean up the scattered hardware accessories and packaging cartons on the path, avoid the temporary stacked work in progress area in the workshop, and confirm that there are no raised joints, water stains, and raised debris on the road surface. Avoid additional bumps in the driving

During the official transfer driving process, the operator should always maintain a constant speed and low speed, and avoid operations such as sudden direction and sudden speed increase throughout the process. When passing through the deceleration device at the entrance and exit of the workshop, the speed of the vehicle should be reduced to a minimum in advance to avoid large shaking of the body. During driving, control the lifting height of the fork, keep the bottom of the fork 10 to 15 cm away from the ground, and avoid lifting too high to cause the center of gravity of the goods to move up, reducing the risk of rolling during the transfer process. When it is a few meters away from the target loading and unloading point, it is necessary to start to step on the brake device gently, and gradually reduce the speed until it is completely stable. Avoid slamming on the brakes and causing the goods to slide forward along the pallet and collide.

Loading and unloading operations should also follow the core principles of smooth operation. When inserting the fork into the matching pallet of the goods, make sure that the insertion depth of the forks on both sides is basically the same, ensure that the pallet is evenly stressed, and avoid the goods slipping down due to the tilt of the force on one side. When the fork lifts the pallet, stay briefly for 2 seconds after the pallet completely leaves the ground. After confirming that all the goods on the pallet have no sliding deviation and the overall state is stable, start the forklift and start running. When transporting the goods to the designated station and putting them down, control the fork to slowly descend. After confirming that the pallet is completely landed and fully supported by force, pull out the fork at a uniform speed to avoid bumping and scratching the fragile lighting parts on the lower layer caused by dragging the pallet.

Throughout the daily operation cycle, routine operation and maintenance inspections of forklifts should also be done well. After each shift, the broken glass debris and packaging fiber debris mixed in the gap of the forklift wheel group should be cleaned up in time to avoid such debris getting stuck in the wheel group affecting the ride smoothness. Regularly check the power output and steering response of the forklift to ensure that the equipment is always in a working state suitable for the transfer of fragile goods, and gradually form a standardized transfer operation system suitable for the lighting assembly workshop.
